Shipping policy

All orders shipped out within 1 business day using Australia Post or Sendle.

It is our responsibility to ensure your item is delivered undamaged and in an acceptable time frame (usually 2-8 business days).  Sometimes things go wrong during transit, such as orders becoming lost or damaged, in which case we will raise an investigation with the service provide to locate the item, and if the item cannot be found we will gladly refund or replace your order.
